The Artists

Artists from around the country apply for entry with an independent panel of judge’s selecting the more than 100 artists to participate in the show, competing for $10,000 in cash prizes. With a wide variety of outstanding artists and original works of art, categories include Drawing & Graphics, Fine Crafts, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Photography & Digital Art, Sculpture, and Painting. The artists are competing for weighted category awards totaling up to $10,000 including Best of Show for $2,000 and Award of Distinction for $1,000.

The artistic talents of Natalia Andreeva stem from the hand of a woman born and bred on the harsh yet beautiful landscapes of Siberia, in Novosibirsk, Russia. But emerging from that chilly land comes a delicate sensitivity for both watercolors and traditional oils that stems from a warm heart and a fertile mind.

EMERGING ARTISTS
The LeMoyne Chain of Parks Committee is proud to showcase some of the area’s best Emerging Artists. The emerging artist program was started in 2010 with the goal of encouraging artists just beginning in their careers to participate in the world of outdoor festivals.  By providing the opportunity to experience the application process, selection and venue logistics at a reduced cost these select chosen artists have the opportunity to sell their work, meet other artists and participate in a nationally recognized festival. The program is limited to 10 outstanding artists who have never exhibited or sold their work at an outdoor festival and are encouraged to apply.
